The family relay race is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who fancies trying their hand at ‘Who’s First?’.
Competitions are always fun, and taking part in a family relay race is even more exciting. What’s more, it’s completely free!
Each team consists of two people: one adult (a participant aged 15 or over) and a child aged between 7 and 14. The pairs tackling the obstacle course can be mixed: two girls, two boys, or a girl and a boy.
The main challenge is to complete the obstacle course and reach the finish line.
Sounds brilliant, doesn’t it?
What you need to take part:
Register for the competition and receive a confirmation email.
From 4 August to 9 September — complete four exercises following the video instructions, record yourself doing the exercises on video and send it to us on Telegram (@Kids_runukraine).
* Individual participation by a child in the “Who’s First” competition is not compulsory when taking part in the Family Relay.
Hurry up and register, train, do the exercises and send in your videos!
PLEASE NOTE: Participation by a coach and a child in the Family Relay is not permitted unless the coach is an official relative of the child.
