a clock showing the exercise timer must be clearly visible in the video. This could be a tablet with a stopwatch running in the frame, a laptop or a wall clock with a clearly visible second hand;
the participant must be clearly and fully visible in the frame whilst performing the exercise;
assistance from others from the start of the timer is not permitted;
for exercises on the horizontal bar, the floor must be visible in the frame (touching the floor whilst performing the exercise is not permitted);
changing the video playback speed is not permitted;
Each exercise may be recorded as a separate video, or all exercises may be recorded in a single video;
It must be clearly evident when the exercise begins and when it ends.
